Looking to return an item? We offer returns within 28 days of purchase for a refund.
- To ensure hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on underwear or personalised items. These will not be refunded if received.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, with all tags attached.
- If you are returning rugby boots or anything with a box, this box must be returned to us in its original condition. DO NOT attach/stick any labels to the box.
- Original postage costs will not be refunded.
